NATIONAL INTERVENTIONAL ENDOSCOPY CONFERENCE 2025

Dear Colleagues

The Vietnam Interventional Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Society (VIGES) would like to respectfully inform all members and colleagues about the plan to organize the 1st National Interventional Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Conference - VIGES 2025 of the Society as follows:

1. THE FIRST NATIONAL INTERVENTIONAL ENDOSCOPY CONFERENCE – VIGES 2025

   1. Time: October 3 & 4, 2025
   2. Location: Muong Thanh Luxury Ha Long Centre Hotel
      No. 2 Ha Long, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province
   3. Main language of the conference: Vietnamese & English.

2. CONFERENCE PROGRAM

   1. Day 1: October 3, 2025 – Friday Afternoon
      Time: 14:00 – 17:00
      • Continuing Education (CME)
      • Nursing Session
   2. Day 2: October 4, 2025 – All day Saturday
      • Morning: Plenary session
      • Afternoon: Thematic reporting session
   3. CME Grant Conditions:

      - Participate in person or online >70% of the class duration
      - Complete the post-test with a score of ≥ 5

   Main topics in the Scientific Conference:

   • Update on new advances in interventional gastrointestinal endoscopy in the world: Plenary session with reports from leading professors in the world in the field of gastrointestinal endoscopy.
   • Update on diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases: Overview and research reports on the role, application and effectiveness of endoscopy in gastrointestinal diseases
   • Update on diagnosis and treatment of pancreaticobiliary diseases: Overview and research reports on the role, application and effectiveness of endoscopy in pancreaticobiliary diseases.
   • Multidisciplinary collaboration in diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases: Reports on management of chronic diseases such as IBD, liver cancer, gastrointestinal cancer...
   • Reports from professional associations: Colorectal Association, Nutrition Association, Radiology Association...
   • Nursing: Disinfection in digestive endoscopy

   This is an opportunity for domestic and foreign experts, members and colleagues from all over the country to meet and exchange on many practical and updated topics. In order for the Conference to be a great success, the Organizing Committee would like to inform and respectfully invite members of the Vietnam Interventional Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Association and colleagues interested in the field of gastrointestinal endoscopy to attend VIGES 2025.

4. CONFERENCE REGISTRATION DEADLINE

   1. Before September 15, 2025: Free of charge
   2. From September 16, 2025 until before the conference: Fee: 500,000 VND/delegate
