I am pleased to announce the first VIGES National Conference — an event that marks an important milestone in the journey towards the remarkable development of the gastrointestinal endoscopy industry in Vietnam. The conference will take place from October 3-4, 2025 in Ha Long City, becoming the first national event of VIGES, designed to connect Vietnamese innovation with global knowledge.

Conference of Cooperation and Progress

With the theme “Advancing Endoscopy Practice: Global Knowledge, Local Values”, the Conference will bring together leading professors, clinicians and researchers from across Asia and the world to share advanced techniques, practical experiences and the latest research.

Highlights of the Conference:

• Keynote Speakers: Pioneers in the field of endoscopy, including Professor Takashi Toyonaga (Japan), Professor Jung Hwoon-Yong, Professor Byeon Jeongsik (Korea), Professor Thawee Ratanachu-ek (Thailand) and many other leading professors, will present breakthroughs in therapeutic endoscopy.
• Hands-on Workshop: Live interactive sessions on advanced techniques such as ESD, ERCP and laparoscopic closure.
• Clinical case discussion: Analysis of real-life situations led by leading Vietnamese and international experts.
